The Recipe

Ingredients

500 ml Erzeni milk + 80 g sugar (for condensed milk)
1 packet vanilla
250 ml sweetened condensed milk (cold)
100 ml milk (cold)

Instructions

First, prepare the condensed milk by placing 500 ml of Erzeni milk and 4 tablespoons of sugar over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens, and the milk is reduced by half in size.
Add vanilla, stir, and then let it cool in a container in the refrigerator.
In a separate container, add the sweetened condensed milk, which should be cold.
Whip it until it becomes creamy, add the condensed milk, and stir again until the mixtures combine. Then, add 100 ml of Erzeni milk and stir again until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the ice cream mixture to a container with a tight seal and place it in the freezer for several hours
