The Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
25 ml Erzeni milk
25 ml olive oil
2 sheets (like those used for burek or baklava)
2 large pieces of Lope Erzeni cheese
Baked sesame seeds
Honey

Instructions

Firstly, take the cheese in square pieces and remove the crust from the shell.
Combine the eggs, milk, and olive oil.
Lay out 2 sheets of pastry and coat them with the mixture made from milk and eggs.
Layer and coat according to the steps in the video.
Add sesame seeds and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Enjoy them warm with a little honey drizzled on top.
