We have established collection points in the remote areas near the farmers for milk collection, aiming to increase its quantities, but also to encourage its collection as quickly as possible, as farmers do not have this opportunity. The collection points are equipped with analyzers and rapid tests for milk quality control and meet the necessary hygiene-sanitary conditions. They also have cooling tanks so that the collected milk is cooled immediately and stored at the right temperature until it is sent for processing at the factory.
