Milk Supply

We have established collection points in the remote areas near the farmers for milk collection, aiming to increase its quantities, but also to encourage its collection as quickly as possible, as farmers do not have this opportunity. The collection points are equipped with analyzers and rapid tests for milk quality control and meet the necessary hygiene-sanitary conditions. They also have cooling tanks so that the collected milk is cooled immediately and stored at the right temperature until it is sent for processing at the factory.

Production Line

Production Process

Our production can be seperated in 4 simple steps, whereas each step has its own complicated structure.

1. Collection

We collect milk every day in around 50 villages from selected farmers for its quality, training and equipping them with the necessary containers for the storage and transportation of milk

2. Inspection

The collected milk is rigorously tested to ensure that it meets the legal criteria for food safety and to guarantee the best possible quality.

The milk is then processed and used in the production of respective products.

4. Transportation

The final products are stored in refrigerated rooms and then transported to refrigerated warehouses and markets.
